Orca Photonics acquires the Technology and Products of Edgewise Tools, Inc.
In late 2004, Orca Photonic Systems acquired the assets of Edgewise Tools, Inc. Edgewise has been an innovator in Laser Cutting, Laser Marking, and Laser Perforation since 1990. Orca will carry on the products of Edgewise Tools, and will offer support to existing Edgewise customers.
