- Material Widths to 96 inches (2.4m)
- Part length up to 600 feet (200 m) in a compact machine
- Long cuts and fine detail (0.010 in; 0.25mm) in a single machine
- Flat bed lengths up to 100 feet (30 m) where needed
The main limitation of Laser Cutting is material thickness. Laser Cutting is intrinsically a planar process. Materials must be relatively flat and not too thick. The ultimate limit depends on material, laser power, and speed requirements. In most cases, processes requiring material thickness of more than 0.25-0.4 inch (6-12 mm) are not good candidates for Laser Cutting.
